The Sheep Program

Kemper Knoll is a working farm and the mainstay of its activities is George Whitfield Kemper, IV, a.k.a. "Whit". Kemper Knoll has been a family farm since 1948 and Whit has resided there except for his years at Virginia Tech. He grows turkeys for Cargil, produces most of the hay used by the horses and sheep population and keeps the repairs up at the farm.

His sheep operation consists of Club Lamb production, flocks of registered Suffolks and Cheviots and, his newest addition, Katahdin hair sheep.

Call Whit at 540-249-4004 to view his Club Lambs or purchase from his flocks.
